You’ll be joining the Mango Portswood restaurant, one of three independently owned bar & eateries in Southampton serving delicious Thai Tapas and original, exciting cocktails. You will be responsible for running day to day operational aspects of the restaurant including supporting the manager in recruitment, training, stock management, cash management and all aspects of health and safety. But first and foremost running great shifts on the floor and giving our guests a great experience will always be your priority.
You will need to be available for a minimum of 35 hours per week including evenings, weekends and the holidays.
