Looking for a fun, hands-on cocktail making event in Southampton? This one’s for you.
Join us for a fun and relaxed evening of shaking, stirring, sipping and snacking at Mango. This is a one-off, ticketed cocktail masterclass, designed for solo bookers, couples, and small groups who want to jump in without organising a whole private party.
You’ll be welcomed with a bellini and Thai crackers on arrival, before getting to make (and drink) two cocktails with guidance from our team. Along the way, you’ll learn essential bar tools and techniques… how to shake, stir, and pour like a pro… without it feeling like a school lesson.
Mid-way through, we’ll bring out Thai tapas platters to your table, to keep the energy levels up. And there’ll be plenty opportunity to order drinks from your table or at the bar.
Book on your own, make it a date night, or round up some friends… no experience needed… we're here to have a good time!

What time should we arrive?
We’ll be kicking things off at 7.30pm, so rock up from 7pm to get comfy, grab a drink, and settle in. You're welcome to join us any time from 5pm – the table’s all yours for the night.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Totally! We want everyone to enjoy the food. If your table has any dietary needs, just let us know in advance and we’ll sort it. No one’s left out on our watch.
Do i need to know about cocktails?
Absolutely not. If you enjoy drinking them, you’re already qualified.
We’ll guide you through everything step by step, from bar tools to techniques, in a relaxed, no-pressure way. This is about having fun, not passing an exam.
I don’t drink alcohol… is this still for me?
Yes. We can adapt the experience using our 0% spirits and alcohol-free options, so you can still join in, learn the techniques, and enjoy the flavours. Just let us know when booking and we’ll take care of the rest.
Is this a private masterclass?
Nope. This is a one-off, ticketed event, so you can book solo, as a couple, or in a small group without organising a private booking.
